Green County

Felonies

• Bradley A. Munz, 25, Monroe, was released on a signature bond on Monday with additional conditions that he not do drugs or possess drug paraphernalia. Munz is charged with one felony count of manufacturing and selling four grams of marijuana and one misdemeanor count of theft. The charges stem from an incident that occurred on June 17. Court records indicate Munz sold four grams of pot to an undercover State Line Area Narcotics Agent for $55 on June 17 and then took $65 from that same agent on June 20 without giving the agent marijuana in return. Munz has a pretrial conference set for Oct. 21.



Misdemeanors

On Monday:

• Corey B. Hoskinson, 24, Monroe, was released on a $500 signature bond with additional conditions that he not drink or do drugs. Hoskinson is charged with one count of disorderly conduct stemming from an incident that occurred on Aug. 3. Court records indicate an off-duty policeman saw Hoskinson's girlfriend hitting him on top of the head. When police arrived the woman had blood running down her face. Hoskinson accused the woman of attacking him with a screwdriver. Police later found a screwdriver matching the description on a towel in a residence nearby. Hoskinson alleged the woman cut herself with the screwdriver. The woman was reportedly wearing glasses and there was no damage to her glasses despite her accusation that Hoskinson punched her in the face. Hoskinson's knuckles were red and bloody, he said he had punched a wall. Hoskinson has a pretrial conference set for Oct. 21.

• John Jeffrey Eberle, 52, Monroe, was released on a $2,000 signature bond with additional conditions that he have no contact with the alleged victim in this case. Eberle is charged with one count of threatening a victim by use of a phone, one count of repeated harassment via phone and one misdemeanor count of bail jumping. The charges stem from an incident that occurred on May 27. Court records indicate Eberle called his ex-wife more than six times and swore at and called her dirty names. Eberle was already on bond for a domestic abuse-related disorderly conduct charge barring him from having violent contact with the alleged victim. He also allegedly deflated all of the tires on her vehicle. Eberle has a pretrial conference set for Oct. 7.



Lafayette County

Misdemeanors

On Monday:

• Coty John Theill, 26, Cuba City, was released on a $1,500 signature bond with additional conditions that he have no contact with the alleged victim in this case. Theill is charged with one count of battery and one count of disorderly conduct stemming from an incident that occurred on June 11. If convicted for the maximum penalty Theill could face up to $11,000 in fines or one year imprisonment or both. He has an adjourned initial appearance set for Sept. 15.

• Heidi Hope Hume, 49, Monroe, was released on a $1,500 signature bond with additional conditions that she have no violent or abusive contact with the co-defendant in this case. Hume is charged with one count of battery and one count of disorderly conduct stemming from an incident that occurred on July 11. Sheriff's reports indicate there was a domestic disturbance at a residence in the Village of Gratiot after deputies checked the welfare of the residents. If convicted for the maximum penalty, Hume could face up to $11,000 in fines or one year in jail or both. She has an adjourned initial appearance set for Sept. 15.

• William A. Anderson, 56, Gratiot, was released on a $1,000 signature bond with additional conditions that he have no violent or abusive contact with the co-defendant in this case. Anderson is charged with one count of disorderly conduct stemming from an incident that occurred on July 11. Sheriff's reports indicate there was a domestic disturbance at a residence in the Village of Gratiot after deputies checked the welfare of the residents. If convicted for the maximum penalty, Anderson could face up to $1,000 in fines or 90 days in jail or both. He has an arraignment hearing set for Sept. 15.
