On Thursday:
Laci Lynn Ramsden, 32, Oshkosh, was ordered to serve nine months in county jail after revoking her probation on June 18. Ramsden was found guilty of delivering cocaine in March of 2013 and sentenced to two years on probation. Court records indicate she sold cocaine on two occasions to an undercover agent in Monroe. She sold 2.8 grams for $100 on June 19, 2013 and .8 grams for $50 on Aug. 9, 2013. Ramsden has the option to serve her jail time in Green or Winnebago County.
Amanda D. Winston, 25, Freeport, was released on a $5,000 signature bond with additional conditions that she not drink or do drugs and have no contact with the Friendly Inn tavern. Winston is charged with one count of battery to law enforcement, a Class H felony, possession of cocaine, less than five grams, a Class F felony, and two misdemeanor counts of resisting an officer and one count of disorderly conduct. The charges stem from an incident that occurred on Aug. 31. Police reports allege she became belligerent while an officer was interviewing another subject and she was taken into custody for obstruction. As she was being placed into a squad car she allegedly kicked an officer twice. The officer suffered very minor injuries.

On Friday:
Kurt T. Peterson, 26, Darlington, was found guilty due to a no-contest plea of malicious destruction of property. Peterson owes a forfeiture fine of $236. He also had one count of unlawful entry into a building dismissed. The charges stem from an incident that occurred on Feb. 9. Police reports indicate Peterson was originally charged with vandalism.
John T. Matthews, 24, Monroe, was found guilty due to a no-contest plea of possession of marijuana. Matthews owes a forfeiture fine of $136. The charge stems from an incident that occurred on April 25.
Sean M. Bongard, 24, Evansville, was found guilty due to a no-contest plea of theft of property. Bongard owes $67.50. Court records indicate he stole a number of bottles of beer from Peumpel's Tavern in New Glarus on April 11. Bongard and another man had walked into the open back room of the tavern and taken the beer.

Jaime L. Bartels, 52, Monticello, was found guilty due to a no-contest plea of domestic abuse-related disorderly conduct. Bartels owes a forfeiture fine of $668. He also had two counts of battery dismissed. The charges stem from an incident that occurred on May 31.
Markus A. Wallgren, 26, Argyle, will serve one year on probation as a part of a deferred prosecution agreement for one count of disorderly conduct. Wallgren also had one count of disorderly conduct and five counts of bail jumping dismissed. Court records indicate that on April 28, 2013, he caused a disturbance in the Stop-N-Go on 9th Street and did cartwheels and pushups in the middle of the street, blocking traffic. Alcohol was a factor in the disturbance. Wallgren is ordered to pay a fine of $243.
