Felonies

On Wednesday:

• Scott K. Wright, 53, Monroe, had bond set at $10,000 with the additional condition that he have no contact with the alleged victims in this case, the residence where the incident occurred and he may not possess any dangerous weapons or consume intoxicants. Wright is charged with two Class H felony counts of false imprisonment, one Class G felony count of intimidating a victim and two counts of misdemeanor disorderly conduct. The charges stem from an incident that took place Aug. 30. Court records indicate he threatened to kill the victim and her daughter and granddaughter while he was wielding a baseball bat. He also allegedly locked the two children in a room. Wright has a preliminary hearing set for Sept. 12.

• Charles Z. Knuteson, 23, McFarland, was found guilty due to a guilty plea of possessing marijuana less than or equal to 200 grams with the intent to sell. Knuteson will be on probation for two years and is ordered to obtain a GED or high school diploma during probation and undergo alcohol and other drugs assessment classes. He also had one count of manufacturing marijuana and two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia dismissed. The charges stem from an incident that occurred Feb. 27. He owes the court $176.



Misdemeanors

On Wednesday:

• Kent W. Bahler, 51, Monroe, had one count of disorderly conduct dismissed on a prosecutor's motion. The charge stems from an incident that occurred on June 7. Bahler faces no fines or penalties as the charge was dismissed.

• Eric Lee Runaas, 24, Albany, had one count of possession of an illegally obtained prescription dismissed on a prosecutor's motion. The charge stems from an incident that occurred on Feb. 17. Runaas owes no penalties or fines as the charge was dismissed.



Lafayette County

Misdemeanors

On Tuesday:

• David Jason Frank, 39, Richland Center, was found guilty due to a guilty plea of driving a vehicle with a prohibited blood-alcohol concentration, second offense. Frank is ordered to serve five days in local jail, have his driver's license revoked for one year, install an ignition interlock device upon relicensing and undergo AODA assessment classes. He also had one count of driving while intoxicated, second offense, dismissed. The charges stem from an incident that occurred on Dec. 19, 2013. He owes a fine of $1,266.

• Jared M. Reuter, 42, Platteville, was released after posting a $10,000 bond, with additional conditions that he have no contact with the alleged victim or her residence or their children, may not drink, do drugs or enter bars and liquor stores. Reuter is charged with three counts of violating a domestic abuse injunction order and two counts of misdemeanor bail jumping. The charges stem from an incident that occurred on Aug. 21. Reuter has an adjourned initial appearance set for Sept. 24.
