On Thursday:
Nathan L. Wiesenberg Jr., 37, Monroe, was found guilty due to a guilty plea of one felony count of possession of marijuana, second or more offense. Wiesenberg also had eight felony counts of bail jumping and three misdemeanor counts of bail jumping dismissed, all charges stemming from an incident that occurred on Oct. 19. He will serve on probation for three years. He was also found guilty of a Class H felony count of driving while intoxicated, fifth or sixth offense, stemming from the same incident. He will serve 30 months in state prison and 30 months of probation upon release, consecutive to his other conviction. Wiesenberg will also have his driver's license revoked for 30 months, is ordered to install an ignition interlock device for a period of 30 months upon relicensing and undergo alcohol and other drugs assessment classes. Court records indicate the responding officer found Wiesenberg asleep in an SUV in a ditch on County T. A field sobriety test was conducted because the responding officer said Wiesenberg appeared drunk due to his glossy eyes and the smell of intoxicants. Wiesenberg had a preliminary breath test of .164 percent. There was also 6.7 grams of marijuana found in the vehicle. He owes the court $1,931 for the DWI offense.
Eric G. Leibold, 48, Monroe, will serve one year on probation as a part of a deferred prosecution agreement for one count of misdemeanor battery. The charge stems from an incident that occurred on July 23, 2013. Court records indicate Leibold hit and wrestled with a fellow inmate at the Green County Jail, Jesse A. Partridge, 21, Monroe. Leibold paid his fine of $163.

Henry M. Euler, 38, Beloit, was found guilty due to a no-contest plea of driving while intoxicated, third offense; he also had one count of driving with a prohibited blood-alcohol concentration dismissed. Euler will serve 45 days in local jail, have his license revoked for two years, is ordered to install an ignition interlock device for a period of one year and undergo alcohol and other drug assessment classes. The charges stem from an incident that occurred on March 9. Euler owes the court $1,494.
Scott E. Wilkinson, 39, Stockton, Ill., was found guilty due to a no-contest plea of DWI, second offense; he also had one count of driving with a PAC dismissed. The charges stem from an incident that occurred on Jan. 18. Wilkinson will serve 10 days in local jail, have his license revoked for 14 months, is ordered to install an ignition interlock device for a period of one year and undergo alcohol and other drug assessment classes. He also owes the court $1,242.
Stuart G. Turner, 39, Monroe, was found guilty due to a no-contest plea of disorderly conduct; he also had one count of criminal damage to property dismissed. Turner had a warrant out for eight years for failure to appear for the charges that stemmed from an incident in September 2006. The warrant was canceled in July. Turner paid a fine of $249.
Kiwana D. Hodges, 41, Monroe, was found guilty due to a no-contest plea of domestic abuse-related disorderly conduct. Hodges also had one count of disorderly conduct dismissed. He owes a fine of $379. The charges stem from an incident that occurred on June 11. Court records indicate Hodges drunkenly argued and swore at his live-in girlfriend and was also uncooperative with police.
Joseph H. Hardyman, 51, Browntown, had charges of disorderly conduct and criminal damage to property dismissed on a prosecutor's motion. The charges stem from an incident that occurred on July 10. Hardyman owes no fines or penalties as the charges were dismissed.

Malin, 29, Albany, will serve one year on probation as a part of a deferred prosecution agreement for charges of disorderly conduct, criminal damage to property and taking a vehicle without consent. The charges stem from an incident that occurred on July 11. Court records indicate Malin argued with her boyfriend about obtaining pain medication not prescribed to her and then stole his van, backing through a closed garage door. If Malin complies with all the conditions of the DPA she could have the charges expunged.
Christopher A. Chaddick, 17, Browntown, had three counts of disorderly conduct and three counts of misdemeanor bail jumping dismissed on a prosecutor's motion. The charges stem from an incident that occurred on Aug. 11. Chaddick owes no fines or penalties as the charges were dismissed. Chaddick also had two counts of disorderly conduct and one count of possession of drug paraphernalia stemming from an incident that occurred in August 2004 dismissed.
