Green County

Felonies

• William H. Harmon III, 43, Monroe, was released on a $3,000 signature bond Monday with additional conditions that he not possess any firearms or have contact with the alleged victim in this case. Harmon is charged with one Class G felony count of a felon possessing a firearm, stemming from an incident that occurred on Dec. 10. Court records indicate a woman told police her ex-husband had weapons in their home despite his having a felony conviction of forgery in 1994 barring him from owning weapons. Harmon has a preliminary hearing set for Oct. 29.



Misdemeanors

On Monday:

• Diane L. Garrison, 44, Monroe, was released on a $500 signature bond with additional conditions that she have no abusive contact with the alleged victims in this case. Garrison is charged with one count of domestic abuse-related disorderly conduct stemming from an incident that occurred on Aug. 19. Court records indicate Garrison was intoxicated and arguing with her stepson because she allegedly wanted to play music, but her husband was sleeping. She then grabbed a laptop computer and a GoPro camera and threw them into a kitchen sink. Police responded and told her to find somewhere else to stay the night, but she came back and continued to argue with her stepson. Garrison has a pretrial conference set for Oct. 28.

• Angel Luis Villalobos, 24, Rockford, was released on a $300 signature bond with additional conditions that he not drink or enter bars and liquor stores. Villalobos is charged with one count of driving while intoxicated with a passenger under the age of 16 and one count of driving with a prohibited blood-alcohol concentration with a minor passenger, both first offenses. The charges stem from an incident that occurred on June 26. Police reports indicate Villalobos was arrested and released to a responsible party. He has a pretrial conference set for Oct. 28.

• Dawn M. Rea, 40, Monroe, was released on a $1,000 signature bond with additional conditions that she not drink or drive without a valid license. Rea is charged with one count of DWI and driving with a PAC, both second offenses. The charges stem from an incident that occurred on Aug. 10. Police reports indicate Rea was stopped for a traffic infraction and arrested. Her passenger was also arrested for open intoxicants in a vehicle and obstruction. Rea had a preliminary breath test of .18 percent. She has a pretrial conference set for Nov. 4.

• Emily E. Lancaster, 17, Monroe, was released on a $300 signature bond with additional conditions that she not use drugs. Lancaster is charged with one count of possession of drug paraphernalia and one count of possession of marijuana. The charges stem from an incident that occurred on Sept. 6. Lancaster has a pretrial conference set for Oct. 21.



Lafayette County

Misdemeanors

On Monday:

• Michael L. Gleason, 74, Shullsburg, was released on a $1,500 signature bond for one count of theft under $2,500. The charge stems from an incident that occurred on March 29. If convicted for the maximum penalty Gleason could face up to nine months in jail or $10,000 in fines or both. He has an adjourned initial appearance set for Oct. 6.
