Court records indicate he was arrested within Argyle village limits, in violation of a bond condition that he not enter the Village of Argyle. Bell has a preliminary hearing scheduled Oct. 24.• Nicholas D. Siegel, 19, Monroe, and Cody Alan Young, 19, Argyle, were charged Friday, Sept. 21, with a series of burglaries and thefts in Argyle.
