FELONIES

• Joseph David Ruegsegger, 19, Monroe, pleaded no contest Tuesday, Sept. 25, to multiple charges from 2011 and 2012 and was sentenced to two years of probation. Among his convictions are disorderly conduct, criminal damage to property, possession of marijuana, criminal trespass to a dwelling and driving while intoxicated. He is ordered not to consume intoxicants and to undergo drug and alcohol treatment and counseling. His driver's license is revoked seven months. Some of the convictions may be expunged from his record upon successful completion of probation. His court costs include an $809.50 fine for his DWI conviction.

MISDEMEANORS

• Nathan James Peterson, 24, Monroe, pleaded no contest Wednesday, Sept. 26, to a misdemeanor charge of cocaine possession and was fined $804.25. The charge stems from an incident in April, when Monroe police arrested Peterson on a warrant and found cocaine in his possession during his intake at the county jail.

• Torrence Ivory, 32, Chicago, pleaded no contest to charges of disorderly conduct Thursday, Sept. 27, and was sentenced to five days in jail and fined a total of $574.70. Court records indicate that on June 2, Ivory was arrested in downtown Monroe after he ignored repeated warnings from Monroe police that he was being too loud. Later the same night, Ivory caused a disturbance at Monroe Clinic by yelling profanities, accusing officers of being racist and demanding that they beat him up. On June 29, he was arrested again for causing a disturbance and jumping on a vehicle in a parking lot on County KK in the Town of Monroe.

FELONIES

• Michelle Marie Walsh, 46, Madison, pleaded no contest Wednesday, Sept. 26, to revoking her probation on a repeat drunk driving conviction from 2010 and was sentenced to 18 months in prison and two years of extended supervision.
