Felonies

• Jonathan M. Adams, 32, Browntown, was found guilty due to a no-contest plea Wednesday of possession of an amphetamine and possession of prescription drugs with intent to sell. Adams will serve 18 months of probation and is ordered to pay restitution fees to State Line Area Narcotics Agency. Court records indicate Adams sold Ritalin, a treatment drug for attention deficit disorder, to an undercover SLANT agent after the agent approached Adams in a bar. Adams has a prescription for Ritalin and no known criminal record. He owes a fine of $352.



Misdemeanors

On Wednesday:

• Randolph E. Nelson, 68, Monroe, had one count of lewd lascivious behavior-exposure and one count of disorderly conduct dismissed on a prosecutor's motion. The charges stem from an incident that occurred on June 5. Nelson owes no fines or penalties as the charges were dismissed.

• Raul A. Escobedo, 37, Monroe, had one count of domestic abuse-related disorderly conduct dismissed on a prosecutor's motion. The charge stems from an incident that occurred on May 23. Escobedo owes no fines or penalties as the charge was dismissed.

• Nicholas Wolfgang Maier, 18, Monroe, was found guilty due to a no-contest plea of one count of criminal damage to property, he also had one count of theft dismissed. Maier is ordered to commit to 40 hours of community service and write a letter of apology to the Village of Browntown. He is eligible to have the charge expunged from his record if Maier completes all 40 hours of his community service. Police reports indicate that on June 20, Maier and a co-defendant were found stealing street signs and other miscellaneous items from Browntown Community Park by putting them in the back of a pickup truck. Maier and the co-defendant had also knocked over trash cans and picnic tables at the park and started a small amount of paper on fire underneath a wall. Maier owes a fine of $176.
