Green County Felonies

- Timothy A. Cook, 39, Blanchardville, was found guilty on Oct. 31 of breaking conditions of bond in his probation. On July 16, 2010, he was found guilty of bail jumping, a class A misdemeanor, stemming from a Feb. 19, 2010 incident. Court records indicate that he intentionally failed to appear at a plea and sentencing hearing. He was sentenced to nine months in jail. He was also found guilty of breaking conditions of bond after being found guilty on July 16, 2010 of battery, a class A misdemeanor, stemming from a June 27, 2009 incident. He was sentenced to 18 months probation with conditions of 45 days in jail.

- David A Burgos, 21, Red Wing, Minn., was found guilty on Oct. 28 after pleading no contest to a charge of possession with the intent to delivery of THC, a class I felony, stemming from a Jan. 22, 2010 incident. Court records indicate that Burgos was found to have about 37 grams of marijuana, about 32 grams in a glass jar and about 5.21 grams in a plastic bag. He was sentenced to three years probation, with conditions including 10 months jail time, obtaining a GED, HSED or high school diploma, and not possessing or consuming controlled substances unless prescribed by a physician.

Misdemeanors

Jessika L. Mace, 31, Oregon, was found guilty on Oct. 26 after pleading no contest to a charge of disorderly conduct, a class B misdemeanor, stemming from a Sept. 26, 2010 incident. She was fined $163.
