On Monday:
Steven R. Rowley, 49, Brodhead, was released on a $750 signature bond with additional conditions that he not drink, do drugs or have any violent or abusive contact with the alleged victim. Rowley is charged with one count of domestic abuse-related battery stemming from an incident that occurred on Nov. 11. If convicted for the maximum penalty Rowley could face up to nine months imprisonment or $10,000 in fines or both. He has a pre-trial conference set for Jan. 27.
Christopher R. Wuebben, 39, Monroe, was released on a $1,000 signature bond with additional conditions that he have no contact with a residence in the W4100 block of County K and that he not hunt with a firearm during this case. Wuebben is charges with intentionally pointing a firearm at a person and endangering the safety of a person by use of a dangerous weapon, stemming from an incident that occurred on Nov. 29, 2013. If convicted on all counts for the maximum penalty, he could face up to $20,000 in fines or 18 months imprisonment or both. Wuebben has a pre-trial conference set for Dec. 23.
Travis Weissenfluh, 34, Monroe, was released on a $1,000 signature bond with additional conditions that he have no contact with a residence in the W4100 block of County K and that he not hunt with a firearm during this case. Weissenfluh is charged with the same counts as listed for Wuebben on the same date in 2013. Weissenfluh also faces up to $20,000 in fines or 18 months imprisonment or both and has a pre-trial conference set for Dec. 23.
