Misdemeanors

• Sergio Garcia, 33, Darlington, was charged Friday, Nov. 2, with vandalism and disorderly conduct misdemeanors stemming from an incident Aug. 29. Court records indicate he damaged a headlight and taillight on a silver Chrysler Pacifica and caused a disturbance on Catherine Street in Darlington. His initial appearance in court is scheduled Dec. 6.

• Kent W. Hubbard, 24, Sturgeon Bay, was charged Thursday, Nov. 8, with 11 misdemeanor counts of knowingly violating a domestic abuse order between Sept. 27 and Oct. 5. He allegedly called, texted and had flowers delivered to a 24-year-old man. His initial appearance in court is scheduled Nov. 26.

• Shawn M. Benson, 38, Darlington, was charged Thursday, Nov. 8, with 10 misdemeanor counts of violating a harassment restraining order by making dozens of phone calls between Sept. 11 and 22 to a 37-year-old woman. His initial appearance in court is scheduled Nov. 19.

• Angela Mae Farrey, 33, Lancaster, was charged Thursday, Nov. 8, with misdemeanor counts of disorderly conduct and resisting/obstructing an officer Oct. 12 on East Truth Street in Shullsburg. Her initial appearance in court is scheduled Nov. 26.

• Todd M. Penewell, 51, Darlington, was charged Friday, Nov. 9, with a Class A misdemeanor of stealing $200 in cash from a residence in the 14900 block of County G in the Town of Willow Springs on Oct. 19. His initial appearance in court is scheduled Nov. 26.
