Felonies

• David C. Kraft, 38, Albany, was found guilty due to a guilty plea on Tuesday of felony battery; he also had counts of strangulation and disorderly conduct dismissed. Kraft will serve one year in state prison, one year of probation and is ordered to undergo domestic abuse treatment. The charges stem from an incident that occurred on Aug. 29. He owes the court $276. Kraft was also sentenced to one year in local jail consecutive to his other convictions for revoking his bond on Oct. 7. Kraft was convicted of domestic abuse-related disorderly conduct in February and sentenced to two years of probation.



Misdemeanors

On Tuesday:

• Aaron L. Frayer, 47, Monroe, was sentenced to six months in local jail on Tuesday with work-release privileges after he revoked his probation from a conviction of failure to pay child support. Frayer was convicted of failure to pay child support in March 2013, and put on probation for two years. Frayer revoked his probation on Oct. 7.
