• Bradley Donald Zweifel, 38, Belleville, pleaded no contest Monday, Oct. 29, to a charge of disorderly conduct and was fined $367.50. A Class A misdemeanor charge of battery was dismissed. Records indicate Zweifel was arrested on the morning of July 7 after deputies responded to a 911 call at a residence in the N7900 block of County CC in the Town of Exeter.
FELONIES
• A criminal complaint with an arrest warrant was filed Tuesday, Oct. 30, for Christopher W. Dawson, 35, Rock Falls, Ill., on two Class I felony charges of failure to pay child support for periods of more than four months in 2011 and 2012.
