GREEN COUNTY FELONIES
- Cory Lee Rodebaugh, 28, Monroe, was arraigned Tuesday, May 29, on a Class G felony charge of intimidating a victim and a Class A misdemeanor charge of battery, stemming from a domestic incident in October at a residence in the 300 block of 27th Avenue in Monroe. The criminal complaint against Rodebaugh alleges he shoved the female victim into a patio door and slapped and squeezed her face, causing injuries, then threatened to kill her if she called police. Rodebaugh has a pre-trial conference on the charges set for July 3.
MISDEMEANORS
- Greg A. Johnsrud, 45, Browntown, pleaded no contest Tuesday, May 29, to a Class A misdemeanor charge of theft and was issued a one-year deferred prosecution on the conditions that he pay $800 in restitution and attend monitoring conferences. Court records indicate Johnsrud was employed at Monroe Truck Equipment, 1051 W. 7th St., when he stole $697 in gasoline and diesel fuel from the business in October.
- Renee L. Martie, 45, Evansville, pleaded no contest Tuesday, May 29, to three Class A misdemeanor charges of theft and was sentenced to two years of probation. Court records indicate she stole $5,330 in jewelry from a residence in the 200 block of North Mechanic Street in Albany during a Christmas party in December. Conditions of her probation include payment of $1,529 in restitution, court costs and other fees, no contact with the victims or their residence and no consumption of intoxicants.
