Kenneth Claus Greve Jr., 29, Darlington, had a signature bond set at $1,000 on Tuesday with additional conditions that he have no contact with the residents located in the 800 block of 6th Street and the 1000 block of 23rd Street. Greve is charged with domestic abuse-related disorderly conduct and battery. The charges stem from an incident that occurred Sunday. If convicted for the maximum penalty he could face up to $11,000 in fines or one year imprisonment or both. Greve has a pre-trial conference set for July 1.

Jonathon M. Averkamp, 18, Belmont, had a signature bond set at $5,000 on Tuesday with additional conditions that he have no contact with the victim in this case or with Mound View R.V. in Belmont. Averkamp is charged with two felony counts of burglarizing a trailer home and two counts of theft. The charges stem from an incident that occurred on Jan. 1. If convicted for the maximum penalty Averkamp could face up to $70,000 in fines or 26-and-a-half years imprisonment or both. He has an adjourned initial appearance set for Thursday.

Mark A. Zakula, 61, Argyle, was found guilty due to a no-contest plea of driving with a prohibited alcohol concentration, third offense, he also had a charge of driving while intoxicated dismissed. Zakula will serve 90 days in jail with work release privileges, have his driver's license revoked for 27 months, undergo alcohol and other drugs assessment classes and install an ignition interlock system for a period of 27 months, after being relicensed. The charges stem from an incident that occurred on Aug. 21. He owes the court $1,696.
Kyle B. Bushman, 21, Platteville, was found guilty due to a guilty plea of driving with a PAC, second offense. He also had charges of DWI and criminal damage to property dismissed. Bushman will serve five days in jail with work release privileges, have his driver's license revoked for one year and install an ignition interlock system for one year after being relicensed. Court records indicate Bushman broke a large glass window at a business with his vehicle on Aug. 31. He owes the court $1,129.
