Green County Felonies
• The court Friday scheduled an April 15 district attorney conference for Marcus L. Martin, 33, Beloit, who pleaded not guilty to failure to pay child support.
Court records indicate that between November 2004 and April 2006 he failed to pay child support for a child born in 1995.
He is charged with two counts of child support, both class I felonies. He faces up to seven years in prison and up to $20,000 in fines, if convicted.
He remains free on an $8,000 signature bond.
