Vladimir Vladimir Bulat, 57, Blanchardville, was fined $367.50 Tuesday after pleading no contest to a charge of disorderly conduct. The charge stems from an incident on Nov. 5, 2015, when Bulat attempted to remove his wife from his property by seizing her by the shoulders. Bulat claimed she was no longer allowed to approach his property, although his wife claimed Bulat had choked her after he grabbed her. The charge was amended from a Class B misdemeanor charge to a non-criminal forfeiture charge.
