Court records indicate he failed to pay child support between June 2005 and May 2007.
He is charged with three counts of failure to pay child support, each a class I felony. He faces more than 10 years in prison and up to $30,000 in fines, if convicted.
His preliminary hearing is April 18.

The court Monday scheduled a May 6 district attorney conference and entered a plea of not guilty for Adam R. Anderson, 18, Brodhead, who stood mute to a disorderly conduct charge.
Court records indicate he got into a fight with another student Jan. 23 at Brodhead High School.
He is charged with disorderly conduct, a class B misdemeanor. He faces up to three months in jail and up to $1,000 in fines, if convicted.
He remains free on a $500 signature bond.
