FELONIES

• Kelsey Ann Wuethrich, 25, Monroe, entered on Thursday a two-year deferred prosecution agreement to run concurrent with a two-year probation on charges of forgery, possession of narcotics, possession of marijuana, issuing worthless checks and bail jumping. Wuethrich's charges stem from a series of events beginning on Nov. 29, 2014, when she forged a false check for $400 in order to prove that another person owed her money. She forged two additional checks for the same amount on Dec. 2 and 3. Subsequently, on April 20, 2015, police found marijuana and drug paraphernalia on her person after a traffic stop, thus violating her bond conditions. Wuethrich's bond was again violated on July 27 when she issued a worthless check for $172.81 at Gempeler's supermarket in Monroe. She issued a second check for $120.71 on Aug. 9 at the Monroe Beverage Market. The final charge was filed after police pulled her over on Sept. 2 and found a syringe full of heroin in her possession. Wuethrich was also fined $2,539.10 on top of restitution for her worthless checks.
