Green County Felonies

• Randall A. Horsman, 54, South Wayne, was found guilty due to a no-contest plea Thursday for a charge of driving while intoxicated, fifth or sixth offense. Horsman also had a charge of driving with a prohibited alcohol concentration, fifth or sixth offense, dismissed. Horsman was sentenced to one year in jail with work release privileges and two years of probation with conditions that he not drink or possess intoxicants. He will have his license revoked for two years and is ordered to install an ignition interlock device for a period of one year upon relicensing. Court records indicate that in October 2012, deputies noticed a vehicle driving erratically near Patterson Road, Town of Monroe. Online court records show Horsman pleaded guilty to his fourth DWI charge in November 2011. He owes a fine of $1,357.



Misdemeanors

• Anthony J. Harried, 29, Evansville, was found guilty due to a no-contest plea Thursday for a charge of DWI, second offense; he also had charges of driving while revoked and driving with a prohibited alcohol concentration, second offense. Harried was sentenced to 10 days in jail with work release privileges and will have his license revoked for 14 month. He is ordered to install an ignition interlock device for a period of one year upon relicensing. Court records indicate in January, 2014, a 911 caller said there was a car driving up and down 2nd Street in the village of Albany. Officers found four people in the vehicle that Harried was driving. He was taken to the Albany Police Department to perform a field sobriety test due to the extremely cold weather. Harried had a preliminary breath test of .103 percent. He owes a fine of $1,242.



Lafayette County Misdemeanors

• Coty J. Theill, 27, Cuba City, will serve one year on probation starting Thursday, as a part of a deferred prosecution agreement for a charge of battery. Theill also had a charge of disorderly conduct dismissed. Police reports indicate that on June 11, Theill got into a fist fight with co-defendant James E. Banfield. Theill owes a fine of $243.
