Felonies

• The court June 8 scheduled an Aug. 4 district attorney conference for Marla M. Young, 37, Deerfield Beach, Fla., who pleaded not guilty to four counts of failure to pay child support.

Court records allege she failed to pay child support from August 2004 to March 2009 for a child born in 1998. She was convicted of forgery in 2000.

She is charged with four counts of failure to support a child as a repeat offender, each a felony. She faces up to 30 years in prison and up to $40,000 in fines, if convicted.

She remains free on a $9,500 signature bond and a $500 cash bond.

• William T. Siegenthaler, 33, Monroe, remains free on a $1,500 signature bond after making his initial appearance June 15 for charges related to a dispute.

Court records allege he hit a woman, refused to let her leave the residence and pushed her May 8 in Monroe.

He is charged with false imprisonment, a class H felony, battery, a class A misdemeanor, and disorderly conduct, a class B misdemeanor. He faces up to seven years in prison and up to $21,000 in fines, if convicted.

His preliminary hearing is July 24.

Misdemeanors

• The court June 18 scheduled an Aug. 4 district attorney conference for Jason M. Bennett, 27, Winslow, Ill., who pleaded not guilty to battery and disorderly conduct.

Court records allege he pushed a woman and slapped her March 7 in Monroe.

He is charged with attempted battery, a class A misdemeanor, and disorderly conduct, a class B misdemeanor. He faces more than seven months in jail and up to $11,000 in fines, if convicted.

He remains free on a $1,000 signature bond.

• The court June 15 scheduled an Aug. 4 district attorney conference and entered a plea of not guilty for Kyle B. Disch, 24, Albany, who stood mute to battery, criminal damage to property and disorderly conduct charges.

Court records allege he threw a girl to the floor, broke a chair and punched two holes in a wall June 4 in Albany.

He is charged with battery and criminal damage to property, both class A misdemeanors, and disorderly conduct, a class B misdemeanor. He faces up to 21 months in jail and up to $21,000 in fines, if convicted.

He remains free on a $1,000 signature bond.

• The court June 15 scheduled an Aug. 4 district attorney conference for Christina Newsome, Stillman Valley, Ill., who pleaded not guilty to possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Court records allege she had about 20 grams of marijuana and a scale and pipe in her possession May 1 in Brodhead.

She is charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia, both unclassified misdemeanors. She faces up to seven months in jail and up to $1,500 in fines, if convicted.

She remains free on a $750 signature bond.

• The court June 15 scheduled an Aug. 4 district attorney conference for Ashley L. Richards, 22, Stockton, Ill., who pleaded not guilty to battery and disorderly conduct.

Court records allege she hit a man with her phone, pushed him to the ground and repeatedly kicked and hit him March 29 in Cadiz township.

She is charged with battery, a class A misdemeanor, and disorderly conduct, a class B misdemeanor. She faces up to one year in jail and up to $11,000 in fines, if convicted.

She remains free on a $1,000 signature bond.
