GREEN COUNTY FELONIES
- Timothy L. Dean, 51, Monroe, pleaded no contest Friday, June 15, to a misdemeanor charge of driving while intoxicated (third offense). A felony charge was dismissed against Dean of driving with a prohibited blood-alcohol concentration (.206 percent) with a passenger younger than 16. He was sentenced to 18 months of probation on the conditions that he serve 28 days in jail with Huber work-release privileges, undergo treatment and counseling for alcohol abuse and not drink or enter establishments that sell alcohol (with the exception of gas stations and grocery stores). He is also ordered to pay the court $2,115 in fines and other fees, in a payment plan of $100 monthly. His license is revoked for 30 months.
