Green County Misdemeanors

• Ryan C. Paschal, 52, Rockford, had charges of disorderly conduct and resisting an officer dismissed on a prosecutor's motion on Thursday. The charges stem from an incident that occurred on Jan. 1, 2013. He owes no fine, as the charges were dismissed.

On Wednesday:

• Austin J. Frenzel, 21, Mount Horeb, was found guilty due to a no contest plea of fleeing police via vehicle. Frenzel will serve one year on probation and was ordered to undergo alcohol and other drug abuse classes. The charge stems from an incident that occurred on Sept. 29. Court records indicate Frenzel was pulled over after law enforcement received a call of an erratic driver on Wisconsin 69. He was stopped just short of Abels Road in Monroe Township and as a deputy approached, the vehicle fled. Deputies pursued for a short time until stopping due to safety concerns. The vehicle was located and stopped a short time later by Monticello police. He was initially arrested on charges of driving while intoxicated, speeding, underage drinking, driving with a prohibited blood-alcohol concentration but those charges were abandoned. He owes a fine of $176.

• Jaron D. Neuenschwander Luebke, 21, Monroe, had bond set at $150 with additional conditions that he not do drugs or possess drug paraphernalia. Luebke is charged with possession of marijuana stemming from an incident that occurred on Monday. He was arrested on an outstanding warrant for failure to pay child support and law enforcement found marijuana on him. He has a pre-trial conference set for July 1.
