Kristina R. Johnson, 25, Belleville, was charged in May with a Class G felony count of intimidation of a victim and misdemeanor counts of battery and disorderly conduct after an incident May 9. According to a police report, Johnson was reportedly behaving erratically at a residence in the N7900 block of County CC, Town of Exeter, resulting in a brief physical altercation with a man. When the man attempted to call the police, Johnson could be heard over the phone demanding that he stop speaking. Johnson signed a $2,500 signature bond May 15 with conditions that she not possess or consume any controlled substances. Her preliminary hearing will take place Monday. Her maximum possible sentence is five years in prison.
Rhett Morrell Katzenberger, 20, Monroe, was charged in May with a Class I felony count of possession of marijuana with intent to distribute and a misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia. Katzenberger was pulled over on Feb. 18 for a speeding violation in the N1800 block of Wisconsin 69, Town of Clarno, when police saw Katzenberger attempt to hide a can of beer. Police then searched the car, finding a jar containing 22 grams of marijuana and various scales and grinders with marijuana residue. Katzenberger signed a $2,000 signature bond June 12 with conditions to not possess or consume any controlled substances. His maximum possible sentence is 1.5 years in prison.
Mathew Thomas Daly, 27, Monroe, was charged in May with three Class H felony counts of misappropriating ID information and three misdemeanor counts of credit card fraud after he reportedly used a man's credit card information to transfer more than $800 to the bank account of an inmate at the Green County Jail to pay for telephone calls. Daly signed a $3,000 signature bond June 12. His preliminary hearing will take place July 25. His maximum possible sentence is nine years in prison.
Christopher A. Coleman, 44, Buhler, Kansas, was charged in May with three Class I felony counts of failing to make required child support payments after he failed to make weekly payments of $103.16 from June 1, 2015 to Nov. 30, 2016. Coleman reportedly owes $19,454.97 in back child support. Coleman signed a $3,000 signature bond June 12. His maximum possible sentence is 4.5 years in prison.
Dylan Thomas Luchsinger, 23, Monticello, was charged in May with a Class H felony count of intentionally damaging energy provider property after an incident on Nov. 25, 2016. According to a police report, a minor power outage occurred on Nov. 25 in Monticello. An investigation found that a power substation in the 100 block of East North Avenue had been damaged by glass bottles that had been thrown over the substation fence. Police eventually found that Luchsinger had thrown several bottles into the substation from a rooftop party across the street. Luchsinger signed a $2,000 signature bond June 26 with conditions that he not consume any intoxicants. His maximum possible sentence is three years in prison.
Zachary Thomas Blumenberg, 31, Argyle, was charged in May with a Class G felony count of intimidating a victim, a Class H felony count of false imprisonment and misdemeanor counts of battery and disorderly conduct. Blumenberg was charged after an incident on May 15, after he reportedly struck a woman repeatedly in a Town of Jordan residence. According to a criminal complaint, Blumenberg became angry at a woman when she refused to drive him somewhere and responded by screaming and insulting her. When the woman attempted to drive away, Blumenberg pulled her out of her car by her hair before tackling her to the ground and headbutting, punching and kicking her. Blumenberg, who was later found sitting in a ditch a short distance away, said there was no physical altercation. Blumenberg signed a $3,000 signature bond May 23 with conditions that he have no contact with the woman. His maximum possible sentence is eight years in prison.
Derek James Morgan, 25, Monroe, was charged in May with two Class I felony counts of possession of cocaine and possession of marijuana and a misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia. Morgan was charged after he drove into Twining Park after hours on April 15. A police officer in the area warned Morgan that he was in the park after hours and noticed that Morgan was visibly intoxicated. A search of Morgan's vehicle found .9 grams of marijuana and .5 grams of cocaine. Morgan signed a $2,000 signature bond May 22 with conditions to not possess any controlled substance or drug paraphernalia. His maximum possible sentence is three years in prison.
Matthew David Gilbertson, 33, Monroe, was charged in May with a Class I felony count of stalking, two misdemeanor counts of bail jumping and a misdemeanor count of violating a restraining order after an incident on Dec. 29, 2016. According to a police report, Gilbertson told his sister to tell a woman - who Gilbertson was prohibited from contacting by a restraining order - to "watch her back." As even indirect communication with the woman was prohibited, Gilbertson was arrested. His maximum possible sentence is 1.5 years in prison.
