GREEN COUNTY FELONIES
- Greg Michael Key, 25, Mount Horeb, has an initial appearance scheduled Monday, July 16 on charges filed Monday, July 2, that he broke into and stole from two parked vehicles in October in Monroe. The criminal complaint alleges Key took about $6,000 in construction equipment from a pickup truck in the 1400 block of 15th Street and a GPS valued at $150 and about $60 in miscellaneous belongings from a vehicle in the 1600 block of 17th Street. He faces a Class I felony charge of theft and a Class A misdemeanor charge of theft.
- Joy L. King, 44, Monroe, is wanted on a warrant for charges filed Tuesday, July 3, that she sold prescription narcotics in Monroe and, by doing so, violated past bond conditions. The criminal complaint is based on reports from a sting operation conducted in March by the State Line Area Narcotics Team (SLANT). It alleges she sold four 15-milligram tablets of oxycodone for $40 to a confidential source assisting a SLANT officer in the 500 block of West 21st Street on March 22, and again on March 29 in the same location during another undercover purchase, sold 10 7.5-milligram tablets of hydrocodone mixed with acetaminophen for $40. She faces Class E and H felonies and two Class A misdemeanors.
- Traci J. Luebke, 46, South Wayne, has an initial appearance scheduled Monday, July 30 on three Class E and three Class I felony charges filed Tuesday, July 3, that she sold marijuana and prescription narcotics in Monroe. The criminal complaint is based on reports from a sting operation conducted in February and March by the State Line Area Narcotics Team (SLANT). It alleges she sold the drugs on three occasions to a confidential source assisting a SLANT officer, two times in the parking lot of Shopko, 405 W. 8th St., and once in the parking lot of Walgreens, 717 8th Ave. The largest reported purchase occurred March 1, when Luebke is accused of selling 30 grams of tetrahydrocannabinol (marijuana) and four 40-milligram tablets of Oxycontin for $405.
GREEN COUNTY MISDEMEANORS
- Ryan A. Unbehaun, 27, Monroe, pleaded no contest Tuesday, July 3, to misdemeanor charges of bail jumping, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving while intoxicated (third offense). He was sentenced to six months in jail and two years of probation and ordered to undergo counseling and treatment for alcohol/drug abuse. The charges stem from arrests in September and February. He owes the court $2,607.
- Brianna Marie Price, 19, Monroe, has an initial appearance scheduled July 23 on a Class A misdemeanor charge filed Tuesday, July 3, of resisting or obstructing an officer. The criminal complaint alleges she lied to police on June 9 at the Monroe Police Department regarding an earlier domestic incident.

- Zachary Lee Huett, 23, Shullsburg, has an initial appearance scheduled July 24 on a Class F felony charge and Class A misdemeanor charge filed Monday, July 2, that he burglarized a building or dwelling and stole less than $2,500 in property on Oct. 1.
