Felonies

Michael E. Hoffman, 25, Monroe, was found guilty of breaking conditions of his probation. On Jan. 5, 2010, he was found guilty of resisting or obstructing an officer, a class A misdemeanor, stemming from a March 14, 2009, incident. Court records indicate that his probation was revoked on June 14, 2011, following a June 4, 2011 incident. He was sentenced to six months in jail and fined $80. n Thomas J. Bayrhoffer, 48, Monroe, was found guilty on July 22, after pleading no contest to a count of a fifth or sixth offense of operating while intoxicated, a class H felony, stemming from a Feb. 11, 2011 incident. Court records indicate that the incident occurred on Argue Road, near Kubly Road, in the Town of Exeter.

Misdemeanors

Jeffery M. Hefty, 53, Monticello, was found guilty on July 21, after pleading no contest to a count of bail jumping, a class A misdemeanor, stemming from a April 28, 2011 incident. He was sentenced to 18 months of probation, which is to be concurrent with two other charges, and was fined $243.

- Hefty was also found guilty of another charge of bail jumping stemming from a January 12, 2011 incident. He was sentenced to 18 months of probation, which is to be concurrent with two other charges, and was ordered to pay any costs.

He was also found guilty of disorderly conduct, a class B misdemeanor, after pleading no contest to the Nov. 7, 2010 incident. He was sentenced to 10 days in jail, 18 months of probation, which is to be concurrent with two other charges, and was ordered to pay any costs.

- Laci L. Ramsden, 29, Monroe, was found guilty on July 21, after pleading no contest to a count of retail theft, a class A misdemeanor, stemming form a Oct. 6, 2010 incident. She was sentenced to 12 months of probation and fined $243.
