Green County

Felonies

• Troy Albert Gorr, 18, Monroe, was released on a signature bond on Monday, with additional conditions that he have no contact with the alleged victim in this case or her residence and immediate family members. Gorr is charged with two counts of child abuse, two counts of disorderly conduct and one count of resisting an officer. The charges stem from an incident that occurred on July 17. Police reports indicate Gorr got into an argument with his 16-year-old girlfriend and assaulted her at the Green County Fair and then fled the scene prior to law enforcement's arrival. He was later apprehended in the Town of Clarno after giving a false name to law enforcement. Gorr has a preliminary hearing set for Aug. 7.



Misdemeanors

On Monday:

• Lloyd W. Sterling, 57, Cambridge, had a forfeiture charge of issuing worthless checks dismissed on a prosecutor's motion. The charge stems from an incident that occurred on Nov. 11. He faces no fines or penalties as the charges were dismissed.

• Seth M. Olin, 18, Juda, was released on a $750 signature bond with additional conditions that he not possess or consume drugs. Olin is charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia stemming from an incident that occurred on May 23. Law enforcement reports indicate Olin and a group of young men were at the Decatur Lake boat landing drinking and doing drugs. K-9 unit Ike alerted to drugs on Olin, and he was found to have hashish and paraphernalia. Olin has a pretrial conference set for Aug. 26.



Lafayette County

Misdemeanors

On Monday:

• Justin James Nelson, 26, Argyle, entered a plea of not guilty to charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and disorderly conduct. The charges stem from an incident that occurred on July 3. Law enforcement reports allege Nelson was arrested for being disorderly after the responding officers took a report of an unwanted subject at a residence on Galena Street, Village of Argyle. Nelson's bond will continue, barring him from drinking, doing drugs or entering bars and liquor stores.

• Kimber Lee Raemisch, 26, Argyle, entered a plea of not guilty to one count of domestic abuse-related battery and one count of disorderly conduct. The charges stem from an incident that occurred on April 12. If convicted for the maximum penalty Raemisch could face up to $11,000 in fines or one year imprisonment or both.

• Scott H. West, 27, Juda, had a cash bond set at $300 for one count of possession of marijuana stemming from an incident that occurred on June 2. Law enforcement reports indicate West was arrested on Wisconsin 81, Argyle Township, following a traffic stop for failure to obey a stop sign. He has an adjourned initial appearance set for Aug. 4.
