Green CountyMONROE - Dustin Nicolas Deyo, 19, Monroe, pleaded no contest on Wednesday, Jan. 18, to a Class A misdemeanor of battery and was sentenced to 18 months of probation. The misdemeanor charge was downgraded from a Class I felony, and a Class B misdemeanor charge of disorderly conduct was dismissed. The charges stem from a Sept. 24 incident in the 600 block of 3rd Avenue in Monroe.
