Justin W. Young, 28, Prairie Du Chien, was found guilty due to a guilty plea of theft of moveable property less than $2,500. Young was sentenced to one year of probation with conditions that he not drink or do drugs. Court records indicate that Young worked with several other young men to steal scrap metal from a residence in the N2400 block of Bethel Road between the months of July and August 2011. Young and five other people stole various pieces of metal worth about $10,245. Young and co-defendants, Michael Rogge, Christopher Shetler, Cody Young, Orrin Mardsen and Josh Tree took the items to sell at Behr Salvage. Young owes a fine of $176.
Kiley R. Geach, 17, Monroe, was released on a $500 signature bond with conditions that she not have violent or abusive contact with the alleged victim in this case. Geach is charged with disorderly conduct and resisting an officer stemming from an incident that occurred on May 15. If convicted for the maximum penalty on all counts, Geach could be imprisoned for 1 1/2 years or fined $11,000 or both. She has a pretrial conference set for Feb. 24.
Alex J. Hady, 32, Belleville, was released on a $200 signature bond with conditions that she not drink, do drugs or enter bars or liquor stores. Hady is charged with four counts of disorderly conduct stemming from an incident that occurred on Nov. 28. Tasha Jo Grinnell, 26, South Wayne, was released on a $1,000 signature bond for charges of possession of cocaine and marijuana stemming from an incident that occurred on May 14. Police reports indicate Grinnell was arrested as a passenger in a vehicle of a co-defendant, Cody Kirschbaum, who was driving with a revoked license. Grinnell was found in possession of cocaine and marijuana and arrested, as was another co-defendant James Hurtley.

Knutti is charged with one count of disorderly conduct stemming from an incident that occurred on Nov. 29. Police reports show Lafayette County deputies were performing a welfare check at a residence on North Warren Street and found Knutti and Rebout being disorderly. Knutti has an adjourned initial appearance set for Feb. 2.
