The court Wednesday scheduled a March 17 district attorney conference and entered a plea of not guilty on behalf of Tana L. Owen, 22, Belleville, who stood mute to drug charges.
Court records allege she delivered narcotics to an undercover officer Aug. 29 in Belleville; delivered marijuana to an undercover officer Sept. 9 in Belleville; delivered narcotics to an undercover officer in Belleville Sept. 15; maintained a drug trafficking place and had marijuana and drug paraphernalia in her possession Sept. 9 in Belleville.
She is charged with two counts of delivery of narcotics, both class E felonies, delivery of marijuana and maintaining a drug trafficking place, both class I felonies, and possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia, both unclassified misdemeanors. She faces more than 37 years in prison and more than $120,000 in fines, if convicted.
She remains free on a $3,800 signature bond and $200 cash bond.
