Andrew S. Rozell, 24, Beloit, was charged Wednesday, Jan. 23, with misdemeanor bail jumping stemming from an incident Dec. 15 on East Coates Avenue in Monticello. Court records indicate Rozell was driving without a valid license, a violation of his $500 bond on a second-offense intoxicated driving charge in Rock County. His initial appearance in court is Jan. 28.
Felonies
Trevor Robert Frie, 22, Monroe, was charged Thursday, Jan. 24, with two Class H felonies related to an incident Jan. 18 at First National Bank and Trust, 1625 10th St., Monroe. Court records indicate he forged a $150 check and, by doing so, violated a $3,000 signature bond on charges of forgery and bail jumping from September. His preliminary hearing is Jan. 30.
