The court Tuesday entered into a one-year deferred prosecution agreement with Elizabeth A. Ekum, 20, Monroe, who pleaded no contest to theft.
She faced up to nine months in jail and up to $10,000 in fines for the class A misdemeanor. The court will dismiss the charges in one year if she complies with the terms of the agreement.
Court records indicate she provided false information to a business to obtain tractor weights valued at about $170 March 19 in Clarno township.
The court Tuesday fined Rebel L. Wenger, 43, Monroe, $236 after she pleaded no contest to disorderly conduct.
She faced up to three months in jail and up to $1,000 in fines for the class B misdemeanor.
Court records indicate she screamed and yelled at a man June 30 outside a Monroe residence.
