Bryan L. Garecht, 24, stood mute to charges of two counts of Class F felony burglary, two counts of Class H felony theft, and three Class A misdemeanors, one count for criminal damage to property and two counts of theft greater than or equal to $2,500. Garecht was allegedly involved in a string of burglaries across multiple counties following his escape from Rock County Jail while he was on work release. Garecht allegedly facilitated these crimes with Brandon J. Disrud, 26, with help from Ronald M. Goodman Sr., 57. Belongings valued at a total of $12,400 were stolen, including jewelry, valuable coins, a .22 caliber semi-automatic pistol and a pair of Swarvoski binoculars.
Misdemeanors
Robin F. Stevenson, 51, Monroe, was found guilty due to a no contest plea of a Class B Misdemeanor disorderly conduct. Stevenson was found guilty of an incident stemming from Dec. 4 when he slapped his wife and called her foul names at the Super 8 Motel, 500 6th St. Stevenson owes the court $543.
David C. Kraft, 38, Albany, was found guilty due to a guilty plea on one count of Class A misdemeanor obstruction of an officer. Kraft owes the court $579 due in April.
