Brittany L. Mashaw, 19, Freeport, was released on a $1,500 signature bond on Monday with conditions that she have no violent or abusive contact with the alleged victims in this case or their residence. Mashaw is charged with a Class I felony count of injury by negligent use of a weapon and a misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct, stemming from an incident that occurred on Jan. 17. Police reports indicate Mashaw was at a home in Monroe and was told to leave by the residents. Mashaw allegedly assaulted one of the residents, injuring him. She has a preliminary hearing set for March 13.

Dire N.P. Wolf, 40, New Glarus, was released on a $2,000 signature bond with conditions that he not drink, do drugs, have any contact with the alleged victims in this case or their residence. Wolf is charged with two counts of disorderly conduct and two counts of resisting an officer, stemming from an incident that occurred on Saturday. Police reports indicate Wolf was allegedly inebriated and being disorderly. He has a pretrial conference set for April 7.
Michael W. Kaderly, 46, Monroe, owes a fine of $343 as part of a deferred prosecution agreement on charges of disorderly conduct; he also had a count of battery dismissed. The charges stem from an incident that occurred on May 27. Court records indicate Kaderly and his wife had been drinking at their residence and they began to argue, and Kaderly punched her multiple times in the face and head. The responding officer noted that the victim had two black eyes, a cut on her cheek and bruising on her chest area. Kaderly denied hitting the victim.

Jordan J. Knox, 25, Monroe, was released on a $500 signature bond with conditions that he not do drugs. Knox is charged with possession of an illegally obtained prescription, stemming from an incident that occurred on Jan. 30. Knox has a pretrial conference set for March 24.
Krista L. Tucker, 25, Freeport, was found guilty due to a no-contest plea of possession of marijuana and owes a forfeiture fine of $293. The charge stems from an incident that occurred in February 2010.
Joseph M. Kammer, 36, Juda, was released on a $1,500 signature bond with conditions that he have no violent or abusive contact with the alleged victims in this case. Kammer is charged with domestic abuse-related disorderly conduct and criminal damage to property, stemming from an incident that occurred on July 27. If convicted for the maximum penalty, Kammer could face up to one year in jail or $11,000 in fines or both. He has a pretrial conference set for April 7.
