Misdemeanors

• Anthony L. Mau, 38, Shullsburg, was released on a signature bond set at $1,000 on Monday, Feb. 17 with added conditions that he not threaten or engage in any violent or abusive conduct towards Tonya L. Foley. Mau was charged with one count of Class B misdemeanor domestic abuse-related disorderly conduct stemming from an incident that occurred Nov. 11. He has an arraignment hearing set for March 17.

• Joseph N. Majerus, 37, Cuba City, was released on a signature bond set at $1,000 on Monday, Feb. 17. He was initially charged with one count of Class B misdemeanor disorderly conduct stemming from a disagreement he allegedly had with a staff member at Benton Public Schools concerning the school's cellphone policy. He has an arraignment hearing Feb. 24.

• Matthew C. Brandt, 45, Darlington, was released on a $2,000 signature bond on Monday, Feb. 17, with additional conditions that he not have any direct or indirect contact with Susan E. Brandt. Matthew Brandt was initially charged with two counts of Class B misdemeanor, domestic abuse-related disorderly conduct and one count of battery. He has an adjourned initial appearance set for Feb. 24.

• Michael J. Kirschbaum, 27, Belmont, had charges of misdemeanor criminal damage to property dismissed on Monday, Feb. 17.



Green County

Felonies

Amberlynn J. Johnson, 37, Brodhead, was released on a signature bond set at $2,000 on Monday, Feb. 17 with additional conditions that she not leave Wisconsin or Green County without permission from the court and that she not possess or consume any intoxicants or controlled substances unless prescribed by a physician. She is also not permitted to have unsupervised contact with the child she allegedly abused. Johnson was charged with one count of Class H felony intentionally causing harm to a child and two counts of Class B misdemeanor disorderly conduct in an incident that occurred on Feb. 5.
