Green County Circuit Court Misdemeanors MONROE - Christopher H. Stevens, 32, Monroe, was found guilty on Wednesday, Feb. 12, due to a no contest plea entered in August of 2012 for two counts of Class A Misdemeanor failure to pay child support in 2008 and 2009. Stevens is required to pay the court $1,819.40 in fees, which account the cost of supervision and extraditing him from Colorado. He was released Wednesday, on a two-year probationary period after serving 184 days in jail and is required to maintain full-time employment and not quit without approval of an agent.
