MONROE - Christopher H. Stevens, 32, Monroe, was found guilty on Wednesday, Feb. 12, due to a no contest plea entered in August of 2012 for two counts of Class A Misdemeanor failure to pay child support in 2008 and 2009. Stevens is required to pay the court $1,819.40 in fees, which account the cost of supervision and extraditing him from Colorado. He was released Wednesday, on a two-year probationary period after serving 184 days in jail and is required to maintain full-time employment and not quit without approval of an agent. Stevens must pay his current child support, undergo an assessment for alcohol and other drug abuse and not leave the state of Wisconsin or Green County.
