MONROE - On Monday, Feb. 10:

Felonies

• Anthony C. Genovesi, 23, Monroe, was released on a $3,000 signature bond with additional conditions that he may not leave Wisconsin or Green County without permission of the court. He is also restricted from possessing or consuming any intoxicants and having no contact with the residents at the 2000 block of 5th Avenue, Monroe, except to pick up personal belongings if escorted by an officer. Genovesi was charged with one count of Class H Felony false imprisonment, two counts of Class A Misdemeanor battery and intimidation of a victim and one count of Class B Misdemeanor disorderly conduct on Thursday, Feb. 6.



Misdemeanors

• Tracey L. Klitzke, 38, Monroe, had all three misdemeanor charges dismissed on a prosecutors motion. Klitzke was initially charged for trespassing, damage to property and disorderly conduct stemming from an incident that occurred on Oct. 20, where she has been found not guilty of trespassing into her husband's home, yelling at him and throwing a TV at him.

• Abraham L. Artero, 29, Monroe, had a signature bond set $500 with other bond conditions that he have no violent or abusive contact with Christina R. Gonzales or Kassandra L. Gonzales and that he not consume any intoxicants. Artero was charged with one count Class B Misdemeanor disorderly conduct and two counts of Class A Misdemeanor Battery stemming from an incident that occurred on Jan. 1, 2014 when according to court records Artero came home with his girlfriend Christina Gonzales from Coyote's night club and was yelling and hitting her. Artero also received scratches from Gonzales around his face. She is facing similar charges. Artero has a pre-trial conference set at March 18.

• Christina R. Gonzales, 37, Monroe, had a signature bond set at $500 with conditions that she have no violent or abusive contact with Abraham Lopez. Gonzales was charged with one count of Class B Misdemeanor disorderly conduct stemming from the above listed incident concerning Lopez. Gonzales has a pre-trial conference set March 18.

• Sharon M. Splinter, 46, Dubuque, had a signature bond set at $250 and conditions that she not possess or consume any controlled substance unless prescribed by a physician. Splinter was charged with one count of Class U. Misdemeanor for illegally obtained prescription pills following an incident that occurred on Jan. 17, where she allegedly entered the Monroe Police Department, and according to court records, acted very strangely. The arresting officer described her as having seven different conversations at once. The officer found she had a bottle of Hydroxine not prescribed in her name and missing one pill. Splinter has a pre-trial conference set in March 18.
