On Monday:
Donald R. Collins, 50, New Glarus, was released on a $500 signature bond with additional conditions that he not consume or possess drugs. Collins is charged with one count of obtaining a prescription medication by use of fraud stemming from an incident that occurred on Feb. 25. He has a pre-trial conference set for March 24.
Rick A. Wirth, 42, New Glarus, was released on a $2,000 signature bond with additional conditions that he not drink, do drugs, or have contact with the alleged victims or Kleeman's Bar in the 110 block of 5th Avenue, New Glarus. Wirth is charged with disorderly conduct and battery stemming from an incident that occurred Nov. 4. Police reports indicate Wirth got into a fist fight with his brother outside of Kleeman's Bar. He has a pre-trial conference set for Jan. 27.
Marvin A. Wuthrich Jr., 65, Brodhead, was released on a $500 signature bond with additional conditions that he not drink, do drugs or have any contact with the alleged victims in this case. Wuthrich is charged with one count of domestic abuse-related disorderly conduct stemming from an incident that occurred on Nov. 18. If convicted for the maximum penalty Wuthrich could face up to 90 days in jail or $1,000 in fines or both. He has a pre-trial conference set for Feb. 3.
