Kelsey Ann Wuethrich, 24, Monroe, was released on a $7,500 signature bond on Monday with additional conditions that she not leave the county or the state of Wisconsin without permission from the court; she is also barred from possessing checks, debit cards or bank passbooks that do not belong to her. Wuethrich is charged with three Class H felony counts of forgery, stemming from an incident that occurred on Nov. 29. If convicted for the maximum penalty on all counts, Wuethrich could face up to $30,000 in fines or 18 years imprisonment or both. She has a preliminary hearing set for Dec. 29.

Matthew P. Baumgartner, 23, Monroe, was released on a $1,000 signature bond with additional conditions that he not drink or do drugs. Baumgartner is charged with one count of failing to stop/fleeing an officer, stemming from an incident that occurred on Nov. 21. Court records indicate Baumgartner was allegedly speeding in an SUV and was stopped on 14th Avenue and 20th Street, Monroe, after he went through a stop sign and did not immediately pull over. The responding officer wrote in his report that Baumgartner's vehicle hit the curb when he pulled over and that Baumgartner had bloodshot and glossy eyes and smelled of intoxicants. A field sobriety test was conducted, and Baumgartner had a preliminary breath test of .20 percent. The officer checked the SUV and found a blue pot pipe and an orange "super ball" bouncy ball that contained marijuana inside. Baumgartner faces separate charges for possession of drug paraphernalia, driving while intoxicated, failure to stop at a stop sign and speeding. He has a pretrial conference set for Jan. 27.
Nathaniel C. Hardy, 18, Monroe, was released on a $3,000 signature bond with additional conditions that he have no contact with Walmart or possess any credit or debit cards that do not belong to him. Hardy is charged with three counts of credit card fraud under $2,500, stemming from an incident that occurred on Oct. 24. Hardy has a pretrial conference set for Feb. 3.

Dexter A. Ray, 19, Darlington, was released on a $1,500 signature bond with additional conditions that he not threaten or engage in violent or abusive contact with the victim in this case. Ray is charged with battery and disorderly conduct stemming from an incident that occurred on May 18. Court records indicate Ray was in an argument with his father, and then Ray allegedly punched his father in the head. The victim had a large gash on his head and was treated at the scene. Ray had a preliminary breath test of .103 percent. He has an adjourned initial appearance on Jan. 5.
Toni T. Kraft, 22, Argyle, was released on a $1,000 signature bond with additional conditions that he have no contact with a residence in the 700 block of East Milwaukee Street, Argyle. Kraft is charged with criminal damage to property and disorderly conduct stemming from an incident that occurred on Oct. 31. Court records indicate Kraft got into an argument with a woman at the residence and kicked at the door causing the trim to pop out. Kraft has an adjourned initial appearance set for Dec. 22.
