On Wednesday:

• Coty J. Lange, 23, Darlington, had one count of disorderly conduct dismissed on a prosecutor's motion. The charge stems from an incident that occurred on Feb. 22. Lange faces no fines or penalties as the charge was dismissed.

• Coty J. Lange, 23, Darlington, was found guilty due to a no-contest plea of driving while intoxicated, second offense, he also had one count of driving with a prohibited blood-alcohol concentration dismissed. Lange will serve 30 days in jail with work-release privileges, have his license revoked for 16 months, undergo alcohol and other drug assessment classes and must install an ignition interlock device for a period of 16 months after relicensing. The charges stem from an incident that occurred on March 15. Police reports indicate Lange was driving on Holland Road in Kendall Township and lost control of his truck. The truck sideswiped a bridge and then traveled into a ditch hitting a utility pole and a fence. Lange was injured in the accident and transported to the hospital were he was arrested for DWI. He owes a fine of $1,509.
