Misdemeanors

On Friday:

• Timothy S. Miller, 27, Monroe, was found guilty due to a no-contest plea of driving while intoxicated, second offense. Miller also had one count of driving with a prohibited blood-alcohol concentration dismissed. He will serve 10 days in jail with work-release privileges, have his license revoked for 14 months and is ordered to install an ignition interlock system for a period of one year upon relicensing. The charge stems from an incident that occurred on May 24. Sheriff's reports indicate Miller was arrested for DWI after deputies checked the welfare of the occupants in a vehicle on Decatur Road, Decatur Township. He was also cited at that time with open intoxicants in a vehicle. He owes the court $1,242.

• Ryan M. Kundert, 28, Monroe, had one count of possession of drug paraphernalia dismissed on a prosecutor's motion. The charge stems from an incident that occurred on May 29. Kundert owes no fines or penalties as the charge was dismissed.
