Green County

Felonies

• Michael C. Rogge, 60, Monticello, had a signature bond set at $2,500 on Monday with additional conditions that he have no contact with the alleged victims in this case. Rogge is charged with theft of moveable property adding up to $10,245. The charge stems from an incident that occurred on July 29, 2011. Rogge, along with other men, are accused of stealing various pieces of scrap metal from area residents. He allegedly worked with about four other people to take metal pieces and sell them at Behr Salvage. He has a preliminary hearing set for Aug. 21.



Misdemeanors

On Monday:

• Joseph H. Hardyman, 50, Browntown, had a signature bond set at $1,000 with additional conditions that he have no contact with the alleged victim in this case. Hardyman is charged with one count of domestic abuse-related disorderly conduct and one count of criminal damage to property. The charges stem from an incident that occurred on July 10. Court records indicate Hardyman and his son got into an argument about work and then Hardyman allegedly punched the victim. He allegedly hit the victim multiple times in the face and broke his cellphone. Hardyman has a pretrial conference set for Sept. 16.

• Dylan M. Kundert, 18, Monroe, had a signature bond set at $1,000 for charges of receiving stolen property and misdemeanor bail jumping. The charges stem from an incident that occurred on July 4. Court records indicate Kundert had a woman's wallet in his car as well as an iPod that did not belong to him. A private citizen had called and reported that a man was smoking marijuana and littering from a car. The responding officer knew Kundert and found several 40-ounce bottles of beer and some rum along with the wallet. Kundert had a preliminary breath test and blew .00 percent. He has a pretrial conference set for Sept. 16.



Lafayette County

Felonies

• Ian A. Mullikin, 34, Shullsburg, was released on a $2,500 signature bond on Monday for one felony count of eluding an officer via a vehicle. The charge stems from an incident that occurred on Jan. 19. Court records indicate Mullikin had fled a Shullsburg police officer by driving into a field off of County A. He and the officer both became stuck and had to be treated for hypothermia after they were found. Mullikin was allegedly intoxicated during the incident. He has a preliminary hearing set for Aug. 13.



Misdemeanors

On Monday:

• Paula J. Amaya, 26, Darlington, was released on a $1,000 signature bond with additional conditions that she not have any violent or abusive contact with the alleged victim in this case. Amaya is charged with one count of battery and one count of resisting an officer. The charges stem from an incident that occurred on May 29. If convicted for the maximum penalty, Amaya could face up to $20,000 in fines or 18 months imprisonment or both. She has an adjourned initial appearance set for Monday.

• Cory Allen Funk, 27, Mineral Point, was released on a signature bond of $0 with additional conditions that he have no violent or abusive contact with the alleged victim. Funk is charged with one count of domestic abuse-related disorderly conduct stemming from an incident that occurred on May 18. If convicted for the maximum penalty he could face up to $2,000 in fines or 90 days in jail or both. Funk has an adjourned initial appearance set for Monday.

• Bree K. Harker, 19, Darlington, was released on a $1,500 signature bond with additional conditions that she have no violent or abusive conduct towards the alleged victim in this case. Harker is charged with one count of battery stemming from an incident that occurred on May 31. If convicted for the maximum penalty, Harker could face up to $10,000 in fines or nine months in jail or both. She has an adjourned initial appearance set for Monday.

• Cody J. Langmeier, 22, Argyle, was released on a $2,000 signature bond with additional conditions that he not drink, do drugs or enter bars or liquor stores. Langmeier is charged with one count of driving while intoxicated, second offense, one count of driving with a prohibited blood-alcohol concentration and one count of driving after revocation. The charges stem from an incident that occurred on June 11. Sheriff reports indicate Langmeier was turning his vehicle onto Center Street off of Wisconsin 81 when the vehicle spun in a complete circle and hit a parked, unoccupied trailer. He was uninjured and allegedly drunk at the time of the incident. He has an adjourned initial appearance set on Monday.

• Scott H. West, 27, Juda, owes a forfeiture fine as a part of a deferred prosecution agreement. West was charged with one count of possession of marijuana stemming from an incident that occurred on June 2. He paid a fine of $243 and could have the charge expunged if he complies with all conditions of the deferred prosecution agreement. Sheriff reports indicate West was arrested following a traffic stop for failure to obey a stop sign on Wis. 81.

• Robert A. Williams, 42, Riverdale, Ill., was released after posting a cash bond of $150 for a charge of domestic abuse-related disorderly conduct. The charge stems from an incident that occurred on June 7. If convicted for the maximum penalty Williams could face up to $1,000 in fines or 90 days in jail or both. He has a pretrial conference set for Sept. 2.
