Green County Felonies
The court Wednesday sentenced Dustin J. Olson, 18, Monroe, to two years probation after he pleaded no contest to bail jumping.
He faced up to nine months in jail and up to $10,000 in fines as part of the plea agreement for the class A misdemeanor.
The court dismissed one count of bail jumping, a class H felony. He originally faced more than six years in prison and up to $20,000 in fines.
Court records indicate he had contact with a man in violation of his bond in which he is charged with theft, driving a vehicle without the owner's consent and criminal damage to property.
