FELONIES
- Shane David Riley, 26, New Glarus, pleaded no contest Thursday, April 26, to revoking the conditions of his probation in March on a series of felony and misdemeanor convictions stemming from an incident last May, including disorderly conduct, battery, false imprisonment and unlawful phone use. He was sentenced to 90 days in jail with work-release privileges. Riley also pleaded no contest to a March charge of driving while intoxicated (second offense) and was sentenced to 18 months of probation and seven days in jail and fined $1,554.
MISDEMEANORS
- Dallas Ann Tourdot, 22, Monticello, pleaded guilty Thursday, April 26, to a Class A misdemeanor charge of bail jumping, stemming from a Jan. 21 incident, and was sentenced to five days in jail and fined $243. She also pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated (second offense), stemming from an Aug. 24 arrest, and was sentenced to 18 months of probation and seven days in jail and fined $1,424.
