• Tiffany-Lee Chastity Holzer, 32, Cushing, Oklahoma, entered a three-year deferred prosecution agreement March 20 on a Class I felony charge of failure to pay child support, with conditions that she pay $12 per week to the Wisconsin Support Collection Fund and attend quarterly monitoring conferences. The case will be dismissed if she complies. Court records show her total support arrearage owed for two children as of Dec. 31, 2016, was $19,226.34.

• Shayna Nicole Krebs, 20, Monroe, pleaded guilty March 22 to a Class H felony charge of knowingly possessing methamphetamine waste and two misdemeanor counts of possessing drug paraphernalia. She was sentenced to two years on probation for the misdemeanor convictions and entered a two-year deferred prosecution agreement on the felony conviction, with conditions that she maintain absolute sobriety and undergo any treatment and counseling her agent deems appropriate. If she complies, the convictions will be expunged or dismissed from her record. The case stems from a traffic stop Oct. 31 in the 100 block of North 18th Street in Monroe. Police located meth in the vehicle, as well as a coffee filter that had been used to cook meth and a pen casing covered in a white powdery substance. Krebs denied the meth was hers, explaining she was pregnant. In a letter to the judge, her mother requested that Krebs be allowed to move to Florida to live with her. "I sincerely believe that moving away from the Monroe area to FL will give Shayna the best chance to succeed. She is expecting a baby in June and the father is unable to give her any help. ... I am asking for you to help Shayna put the past behind her and to move on in Florida and raise her child with my help."

• Cody Jon Ott, 25, Monroe, pleaded guilty April 4 to a Class I felony charge of possessing narcotic drugs and was granted a 20-month deferred prosecution. He is admitted to participate in the Green County Drug Court Program. If he successfully completes the program, the conviction will be dismissed. The case stems from a heroin overdose Dec. 28 at Ott's workplace, Orchid, 350 21st St., Monroe, according to court records. EMS and police were called to the business at 6:24 a.m. after Ott collapsed on the floor and was unresponsive and turning blue. Police found heroin, cotton balls, a spoon with residue and burn marks and a pill bottle containing Dormin, a sleep aid commonly used to cut heroin.

• Trevor Logan Martin, 24, Monroe, pleaded guilty April 6 to three Class F felony charges of possessing cocaine with intent to deliver and misdemeanor charges of disorderly conduct, battery and possessing cocaine. He was sentenced to three years on probation for the misdemeanors, with conditions that he pay $690 in restitution to the Stateline Area Narcotics Team (SLANT) and spend 90 days in jail. For the felonies, he entered a three-year deferred prosecution agreement. If he complies with the agreement, the felony convictions will be dismissed. Court records indicate Martin sold crack cocaine to a SLANT confidential source on three occasions in October and November 2016 in the 900 block of 20th Avenue in Monroe. On Nov. 10, 2016, he punched a man repeatedly in the head outside a Monroe gas station. On Nov. 12, 2016, he was found with 11 baggies of cocaine after getting kicked out of Friendly Inn, 1335 17th St., Monroe, for harassing other customers and yelling and swearing outside the bar. When police arrived and located the cocaine baggies on Martin, he commented to a bystander, "They got me, man."
