Charles W. Taylor, 77, formerly of Monroe passed away unexpectedly November 16, 2017 at his home in South Carolina. Charles will be laid to rest beside his Father in Urbana, Illinois during private services at a later date. Charles is survived by his son, Chuck and granddaughter, Gwen; Sisters Dana Knutson of Prairie du Chien and Doreen (DiTulio) Saunders of Browntown.
