Brian Lee Anderson, age 46, of Sheboygan, passed away unexpectedly Wednesday, September 26, 2012 at his home.
Brian was born August 26, 1966 in Monroe, WI to Donald and Rose (Eells) Anderson. He was a graduate of Monroe High School, Class of 1984 and earned his Bachelor's degree in Business Management at the University of Wisconsin - Whitewater, in December of 1988.
Brian began his employment with Walmart as an assistant manager in 1989 in Macomb, Illinois. In 1994 he became manager of Walmart in Prairie du Chien, WI and was promoted to store manager at a larger Walmart in Sheboygan. At the time of his death he was co-manager for the Walmart Supercenter in Beaver Dam.
On August 17, 1991 Brian married his college sweetheart and friend, Janet Young in Stevens Point, WI.
He was a member of Zion Covenant Church in Sheboygan. Brian was an avid sports enthusiast who never turned down a chance to attend any and all sporting events. He spent wonderful times taking his daughters to the Green Bay Packers Hall of Fame as well as swimming at Elkhart Lake and the surrounding area. He also enjoyed spending time boating and relaxing at the family cottage in Three Lakes, WI.
In addition to his parents and wife, Janet, he is survived by his daughters, Silvey and Sadie Anderson; three brothers, Scott Anderson of Madison, WI, Craig (significant other, Christy Gilbertson) Anderson of Monroe, WI, and Mark (Erin) Anderson of Oshkosh, WI; his in-laws, Ron and Joanne Young of Stevens Point, WI; sisters-in-law, Paula (Chris) Sheridan of Colorado Springs, CO, Laurel (George) Koconis of Wisconsin Rapids, WI, Carol (Thom) Kerske of Stevens Point, WI, and Judy Young of Stevens Point, WI; nieces, nephews, and many friends and relatives.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, September 29, 2012 at 4:00 p.m. at Zion Covenant Church, 1125 N. 6th Street, Sheboygan, WI 53081. Rev. Dr. Steven J. Pedersen, Senior Pastor, will officiate. A time of visitation and support will be held from 1:00 p.m. until the time of service.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established in Brian's name for his daughters.
His family would like to extend their heartfelt gratitude to all their friends and family who are supporting them during this difficult time.
Brian's goal was to make people laugh and always enjoyed being the comic of the group. He gave the world so many gifts, but the two most important he brought about are Silvey and Sadie. So much of his goodness, humor, and charm will live on through them.
