Alvin W. Walters, Sr. age 51 of Orfordville, Wisconsin died Friday, April 27, 2012 in Orfordville. He was born November 16, 1960 at Monroe, WI the son of Arnold and Mary (McKeel) Walters.

Alvin married Tammie Strothman on August 8, 1980 in Monroe. He worked at Ayres Chevrolet for 14 years while living in Brodhead and then moved to Orfordville.

Surviving are his wife, Tammie Walters of Dubuque, IA; son, Alvin "Bud" (Jodi) Walters, Jr.; daughters, Anna & Teresa Walters of Rockford, IL, Carrie Martinez of Brodhead, & Tanya Chapman of Rockford, IL; brothers, John of Juda, Arnold (Maxine) of Tomah, Jim of Monroe, Kenny & Jeff of Freeport, IL, Darrel of Albany, & Steve (Marina Gurns) Walters of Monroe; sisters, Francis Danielson of Hamilton, IL, Mary (LeRoy) Richards of Brodhead, & Betty (Alan) Korn of Orfordville; and 13 Grandchildren. He was predeceased by his Parents; and brothers, Bruce & Peter Lee Walters.

A Celebration of Alvin's Life will be held from 4:00 to 6:00 P.M. Friday, May 4, 2012 at Shriner-Hager-Gohlke Funeral Home in Monroe.

A Memorial Fund is being established in Alvin's memory.
