Albany resident, 23, arrested on fourth DUI

MONROE - Jeremy L. Hartwig, 23, Albany, was arrested for fourth-offense driving under the influence of an intoxicant, driving after revocation and disorderly conduct at about 12:45 a.m. Saturday in the 2600 block of 9th Street.

He was jailed pending court.
