MONROE - Jesse A. Partridge, 19, Albany, was ordered to serve 24 months of probation and an additional 30 days in jail, and to pay $3,700 in court costs and restitution, after pleading no contest and being found guilty of misdemeanor charges of theft, disorderly conduct and receiving stolen property Tuesday, April 10 in Green County Circuit Court. Judge Thomas Vale withheld sentencing in those cases and ordered a stay of judgment in a fourth case of Class H felony bail jumping, under a deferred prosecution agreement.

Partridge has been confined in the Green County jail since Sept. 11, considered as time served in the sentencing.

As part of Partridge's plea agreement, Vale dismissed four counts of felony bail jumping; one felony count of misuse of identification to obtain money; misdemeanor charges of intent to contribute to the delinquency of a minor and resisting an officer; and additional misdemeanor charges of theft and disorderly conduct. Three unclassified forfeiture charges of trespassing and one charge of loitering were also dismissed.

The charges stem from a series of incidents occurring during the spring and summer of 2011, which culminated in Partridge and accomplices entering a Green County residence, from which several objects were removed. When a pawn shop refused to take the items, they were discarded in a rural area along the stateline.

Charges are pending against more individuals in some of these incidents.
